Richard H. Harvey, Jr., is an experienced executive level Compliance leader and a noted expert in developing and implementing risk-based Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering programs for various types of financial institutions. Richard currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Colonial Savings. Prior to joining Colonial, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for two start-up money transmission services companies – Skrill USA and Omney Inc.

Richard is a graduate of the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. He served as an enforcement and Litigation attorney with the Office of Thrift Supervision from 1986 to 1993. Richard joined Chevy Chase Bank in 1995 and served as the Bank’s Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer until 2002. In 2002, he joined E*TRADE Bank as Director, Chief Compliance Officer. In 2003, Richard joined Washington Mutual Bank and served as First Vice President, Regulatory Analysis Manager. In 2004, he joined Silicon Valley Bank as a Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer and in 2006 Richard served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Rabobank, NA.

In 2001, Richard testified on behalf of the ABA before the House of Representatives Banking Committee concerning financial institutions’ efforts to combat identity theft.

Beverly Donawho, The American National Bank of Texas
Beverly Donawho is Vice Presi-dent and CRA Officer at Ameri-can National Bank of Texas. Her current responsibilities include the bank’s CRA Program, HMDA Data Management, and Fair Lending Analysis – and her cur-rent role include significant re-sponsibility for new HMDA imple-mentation and readiness. She has served in multiple roles in her 15 years at the bank, including Production Support and Credit Administration.

Leonard Ryan, QuestSoft Corporation
Leonard Ryan is Founder and President of QuestSoft Corpora-tion, a provider of automated com-pliance review software for the mortgage industry. Since the com-pany’s founding in 1995, he con-tinues to oversee strategic plan-ning and the day-to-day operations for the company. Under Ryan’s leadership, QuestSoft has re-ceived Mortgage Technology’s Top 50 Service Provider Award since 2009. He is a major compli-ance software leader, a member of both MBA HMDA and NMLS Mort-gage Call Report working groups, and is a frequent speaker at trade association and mortgage soft-ware vendor conferences.

Art Khan, FDIC
Art began his examiner career in the Chicago-South Field Office in 1991. He later rose to the posi-tion of Review Examiner in the Chicago Regional Office in 1996. In 2007, Art assumed the position of Field Supervisor of the Kentucky Territory. In 2011, Art assumed the position of Assistant Regional Director in the Dallas Region. He is responsible for the compliance examinations of state non-member banks in the States of Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico. In addition to examining banks, Art has also worked with and assisted Community Affairs within the regions as well as in the Washington Office.

Russ Horn has more than 20 years of professional technical and information security experience. He currently serves as the President of CoNetrix, a full-service information technology/security firm focused on serving financial institutions. In addition to performing IT audits and security consulting, he has taught technology courses at the university level, spoken at numerous security conferences, and published multiple security articles. Russ earned a B.A. in Mathematics, an M.S. degree in Management Information Systems, and has achieved the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified In-formation Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) designations.
