Nancy Justice is Vice President, Compliance Officer for Central Bancompany, Jefferson City, Missouri, which owns thirteen banks located in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Illinois.  Central Bancompany is an $8.4 billion holding company, with banks ranging in asset size of $120 million to $1.7 billion.  With each bank being independently chartered, she deals with regulators from the OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, and State.  Nancy provides oversight for the affiliates on consumer compliance, Privacy, CRA, Fair Lending and BSA.

Kent Conrad, CISA presents:
"VENDOR MANAGEMENT - YOUR NEED TO KNOW GUIDE".

Kent Conrad is a director with the Technology Risk Management Services group of RSM McGladrey.  Kent specializes in technology consulting services, including information technology (IT) strategy plan development for the financial industry, business continuity planning, and information security policy and procedure development for all types of organizations.  Kent has over 20 years' experience working with information systems, which has allowed him to provide IT consulting services to domestic and international enterprises.

Prior to joining RSM McGladrey, Kent worked on several payments systems projects with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.  He also worked with several financial institutions, assisting them with development of ACH, electronic check, MICR, ECL, truncation, imaging, automated return and electronic connection products.  Prior to working at the Fed, Kent managed the support area for a national financial system core processing solution provider.  This included software and systems support, conversion and installation support, customer education, and customer education, and customer business continuity and technology planning assistance.

Kent has written several articles featured in industry-related publications.  He participates in the Independent Community Bankers of America's IT Banking Institute and the Wisconsin Bankers Association Technology School certification curriculums as an instructor for technology planning and systems selection courses.
